Your employer saves your mobile number for you in the Owner Portal (Workers → App access). You always sign in with that number. The code comes by WhatsApp, so the number must be on WhatsApp.
Your employer sends you one of two links:
- The worker page, an address ending in /work/. This is how you see your jobs today.
- An invitation link or QR code, which shows your company code. The code is for the Monocraft App, which is not in the App Store or Google Play yet (Installing the Monocraft App and turning on Face ID). Until it is, tap the worker page link at the bottom of the invitation.
- Open the worker page on your phone. You see Sign in to see your jobs.
- Enter your Mobile number and tap Send code.
- Open WhatsApp, copy the 6-digit code, come back and enter it. Tap Verify.
- Your jobs appear under Today, Coming up and Done.
The phone stays signed in for 180 days, or until you tap the sign-out button at the top. EN and 中文 at the top switch the language.
If you see This number is not set up as a worker, ask your employer to check the number saved for you.
Changed or lost your phone? Tell your employer. They can sign the old phone out under Security → Signed-in phones. If your employer deactivates you, every phone you used is signed out at once.
