Open the job from Today. It shows the time, the address with Google Maps and Waze buttons, the customer's name and any notes. The customer's phone number shows only if your employer allows it; otherwise, call the office.
- When you get there, tap I've arrived. It works from two hours before the start time, and your time on site counts from this tap.
- Before you start, tap Take a before photo. Each photo uploads straight away; you can remove one you took.
- When the work is done, tap Take an after photo. Take them all now: you cannot add photos after the job is finished.
- Write anything the office should know in Notes for the office and tap Save notes. The customer does not see these notes.
- Tap Finish job.
- Tick the Checklist and add Remarks for the customer (optional). Ask the customer to sign in the box with a finger, and check the name under Signed by. If nobody is home, tick The customer is not at home.
- Tap Finish job again. You see Job finished. The office has been told.
Everything in step 6 is optional. The customer gets a service report with the checklist, your remarks, the photos and the signature, by email if they gave one, and your employer can send them the link.
The worker page never shows prices or invoices. With weak signal, see What to do when there is no signal.
