Prices follow the country your company is registered in (SSM in Malaysia, UEN in Singapore). They exclude tax: Monocraft is not registered for SST or GST.

The first term
Every plan starts with a prepaid first term: 6 months, or 12 months for the price of 10. Setting you up comes first, so the first term is paid up front; to look around before that, use the demo.

The first term includes
- A .com domain, registered in your company’s name
- Your website and booking site, live
- Setup: your services and prices, and up to 2,000 existing customers imported
- Training: 45 minutes for the owner, 15 minutes for the team

Founding clients
- 10 places across Malaysia and Singapore together.
- Lite RM49 / S$29 and Business RM149 / S$79 a month.
- Every term that starts within 24 months of your first payment is at the founding price. The first renewal after that moves to the price of the day, with 60 days’ notice.
- The first-term rules are the same as everyone’s. If you stop renewing, the founding price ends and the place is not kept.
- In return: 20 minutes of feedback a month for the first 3 months, a case study (it can be anonymous), and introducing us to at least one other business owner.
Branded App (Business only)
Your customers, team and you in one App under your company’s name in the App Store and Google Play. The setup fee, the App’s monthly fee and the store fees are listed apart, so you can see who each one goes to.

- Apple and Google are paid by you, or by Monocraft for you at cost against the receipt.
- The setup fee is not refundable once work has started, and the App is outside the 30-day guarantee.
- A sole proprietorship shows the owner’s personal name in the App Store; a Sdn Bhd or Pte Ltd shows the company.
- Delivery takes 4 to 8 weeks; your website, booking site and team pages work as usual meanwhile.
Changing how you pay

30-day money-back guarantee
- Within 30 days of going live, if you are not happy, the first term comes back less the first month’s fee and the domain fee (RM65). Your domain
The domain is registered in your company’s name.
