A software company the size of one person.

Monocraft Tech Studio is an independent software studio registered in Malaysia. It designs, builds and operates its own products, and builds systems for a small number of businesses whose work deserves better than a spreadsheet.

The name is the method. Mono — one person, accountable for everything from the first sketch to the server it runs on. Craft — the belief that small software, made carefully, can feel better to use than large software made in a hurry.

The products cover different ground: supplier invoices for finance teams in Singapore, a calm food diary for people in Malaysia, placement operations for maid agencies. What they share is a way of working. Automation does the tedious part. People make the decisions. Local detail is treated as the product, not an afterthought.

Being one person is a constraint, and it is also the point. There are fewer products, and each one is looked after by the person who knows every line of it.
