The worker page needs an internet connection for every step. It has no offline mode: a tap that does not go through is not saved to send later. The Monocraft App works the same way.
Before you go:
- Sign in while you have signal, as the code comes by WhatsApp. The phone then stays signed in.
- Open the day's jobs and note each address and any access notes, in case a basement or lift has no signal.
On site:
- If I've arrived, a photo or Save notes fails, you see an error. Move to a spot with signal, such as near a window or outside, and tap again.
- A photo that did not upload is not kept; take it again. If a before photo cannot wait, take it with your phone's own camera and send it to the office.
- Notes you typed stay in the box while the job is open. Tap Save notes again once you have signal.
- If the page says it could not be loaded, tap the button to try again once you have signal.
Finish job needs signal too. The job is only finished when you see Job finished. The office has been told. and it moves to Done. Check this before you leave the customer's home.
