The Monocraft App is one app for the owners and workers of every business on Monocraft Service OS, at no extra cost. Workers see their jobs, mark arrival, take photos and finish jobs with the customer's signature, and get a notification when a job is assigned, moved or cancelled. Owners confirm bookings, assign workers and reschedule.
The App is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. Until it is, workers use the worker page (First sign-in for workers (invitation link or company code)) and owners use the Owner Portal in a browser.
When it is available:
- Install Monocraft from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the invitation link or scan the QR code your employer sends, and tap Open in Monocraft App. The App opens with the Company code filled in; you can also type it. Owners find the code under Workers → Team App.
- Enter the Mobile number saved for you and tap Send code to WhatsApp.
- Enter the 6-digit code and tap Sign in.
Face ID or fingerprint locks the App on your phone. Workers are asked once after the first sign-in: tap Turn on or Not now. For owners it is on from the first sign-in.
With the lock on, the App asks when it opens and when you come back after more than 2 minutes away. If it does not recognise you, use your phone's passcode. To turn the lock on or off, open App settings and use Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint. Owners also confirm with it before a deposit is refunded.
Lost a phone? The owner signs it out in the Owner Portal under Security → Signed-in phones.
