Your website is made from what is already in the portal: services and prices (Set up your services and prices), opening hours (Business hours, closures and public holidays), and your address, phone and email. Change them anywhere and the website follows. Open Website to add the rest; Open website shows the result.
Words: under What customers read, fill in One line under your name, About us and Areas you serve. WhatsApp for customers is the number customers tap to message you, with the country code. Empty boxes are left out. Press Save website.
Photos: press Add photos and choose JPEG, PNG or WebP files. They are made smaller before upload and saved at once. The first photo is the Cover at the top of the page; use the arrows to change the order. Lite holds 6 photos, Business 20.
Look: choose Modern, Premium or Corporate, and whether to Show prices. Press Save website.
Your logo and colour are in Business details, Company and invoices, Logo and brand colour, because your booking site, worker page, invoices, receipts and emails use them too:
- Press Add logo and choose your logo. A PNG with a clear background looks best. It is saved at once.
- Pick a Brand colour, or type its code, such as #1F4E5F.
- Press Save business details.
If the colour is too light for white text, buttons and links use a darker shade of it, and the preview tells you so.
On Business, the Monocraft credit switch hides the Monocraft Service OS line at the foot of your website, booking site, worker page and invoices. On Lite it always shows.
