Customers can only book inside your business hours. To set them, open Schedule and choose Hours.
- Press Edit hours and closures.
- Under Opening hours, tick the days you work and set when you open and close. For a lunch break, choose a day and press Add window to give it a second window.
- Under Closures, press Add closure for a company trip or leave, and set when it starts and ends.
- Write a Reason for the change and press Save hours.
New hours apply from now on; bookings already made are not moved.
Public holidays, on the same page, follow the official list, kept up to date by Monocraft. With Closed on public holidays on (the usual setting), customers cannot book a holiday.
- In Malaysia, choose one or more states. You close on the holidays every state keeps, plus those of each state you chose; near a border, such as Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, choose both. With no state chosen, only the holidays every state keeps are closed.
- In Singapore, holidays are the same everywhere, so there is no state to choose.
- To work on a holiday, turn on Open as usual for that day.
- A holiday marked Date may change, such as Hari Raya, waits for the official announcement.
Bookings already made on a holiday are never cancelled. The page lists them, so you can keep them, move them or open that day. You can still book a holiday yourself from New booking, after a warning.
Next year's holidays are added each November. Until a year is in, no day in that year is closed for a holiday, and the page tells you so.
