There are two plans: Lite, for up to 3 workers, and Business, for up to 15 workers and more features. Current prices and fees are on the price page; they follow the country your company is registered in.
You start with a prepaid first term: 6 months, or 12 months for the price of 10. It includes your .com domain, your website and booking site going live, and setup and training. After it, you pay monthly or again 12 months for the price of 10.
We send you a link to each invoice. Pay within 7 days, online through HitPay (FPX, DuitNow or card) or by bank transfer quoting the invoice number. A paid invoice links to your receipt. Monocraft is not registered for SST or GST, so no tax is added.
To change plan or term, email support@monocrafttechstudio.com:
- Upgrade: starts once you pay the top-up invoice, the monthly fee difference for the months left in your term, this month included.
- Downgrade: from your next term. With a branded App, not during its 12-month minimum.
- 6 to 12 months: during a 6-month first term, pay 4 more months.
- Monthly to 12 months: from your next term. Back to monthly: when the 12 months end.
30-day refund: within 30 days of going live, once per company, we refund your first term less one month's fee and the domain fee. Your .com stays yours. Branded App fees and one-off work are not refunded, and your subscription ends.
If an invoice stays unpaid, we may pause your account: online booking stops and the Owner Portal becomes view-only, with a button to pay. Your team keeps working, and customers can still open invoices and reports.
