Your first term, 6 or 12 months, is paid in advance and is the shortest subscription. After it you can cancel any time by emailing support@monocrafttechstudio.com. Your service runs to the end of the term you have paid for; we do not refund part of a term. In your first 30 days after going live, the 30-day refund applies instead (Plans, upgrades, invoices and refunds).
Before your last term ends, save what you need:
- Reports: each month's Team and Jobs done lists download with Download CSV (Business plan).
- Invoices, receipts and service reports: open each one's link and use Print or save as PDF.
- Your customer list and the rest of your records: there is no download yet. Ask us at support@monocrafttechstudio.com and we send you an export.
Your .com domain is registered in your name. After 12 months of subscription we transfer it to you for free. Before 12 months, pay a domain fee to take it (see the price page); otherwise it expires and we do not renew it.
- Open a free Namecheap account and send us your username.
- We move the domain to your account. Accept the invitation email within 7 days.
Moving to another registrar? Ask us for the transfer code instead.
If you brought your own domain, it was always yours: remove the record you added for us in its DNS.
