Delete your account

Monocraft App accounts are created by the business you work for, which uses Monocraft Service OS from Monocraft Tech Studio. There are two ways to delete yours.
1. Ask your employer
The owner of your business can remove you from the team. You can no longer sign in, and your phone stops getting notifications.
2. Ask us
Email support@monocrafttechstudio.com with the subject “Delete my Monocraft account”, and include your company code and the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm the request with you by WhatsApp on that number, let your employer know, and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name and mobile number, your sign-ins, the phones registered for notifications and your language setting.
What is kept
The records of jobs you worked on — photos, reports and customer signatures — are part of your employer’s service history for its customers. They stay in your employer’s account until your employer deletes them or closes its account. When a business closes its Monocraft Service OS account, all of its data is deleted within 90 days.
Good to know
Signing out removes that phone’s notifications at once. Deleting the App from your phone does not delete your account. Read more in the privacy policy.
